Monitor Audio is taking its music to the great outdoors with its new Climate Series 3G loudspeakers.
The two new weather resistant models, named the Climate Medium (CL2 M) and Climate Small (CL2 S), are designed for a range of high humidity spaces from restaurants to gyms and retail spaces alongside domestic settings.
Water rated to IP66 classification thanks to their sealed enclosures, they feature the brand’s C-CAM 25mm black dome metal tweeter, Rigid Surface Technology (RST) II front mounted mid/bass drivers (165mm for the medium model and 100mm in the small), and rear-firing auxiliary bass radiator.
Available in black and white finishes, the CL2 M costs £750 per pair while the CL2 S comes in at £600.
