Isotek V5 Genesis

Power Genesis

Twenty-five years after pioneering the concept of high-performance mains power conditioning for audio, IsoTek is marking its quarter-century anniversary in style.

The British brand is unveiling two landmark new products at High End Vienna with the V5 Genesis and V5 Super Titan, as the centrepieces of IsoTek’s flagship Ultimate Series.

The V5 Genesis is IsoTek’s most advanced mains power generator to date, stemming from six years of R&D and building on the brand’s established Genesis platform.

Advancements include tighter tolerances, improved materials, and an enhanced protection circuit that digitally measures voltage fluctuations within microseconds, to ensure immediate corrective action.

Where more conventional regenerators attempt to reconstruct an ideal mains sine wave by referencing the incoming supply, the Genesis generates a completely new, ultra-low-distortion sine wave from scratch. This is driven through independently yet identical 300W generation cells and a Class AB engine for 600W of continuous, newly generated power.

IsoTek V5 Super Titan

Joining the V5 Genesis (which is optimised for front-end components and preamps) is the V5 Super Titan, billed as the world’s most powerful mains conditioner, that’s dedicated to serving the hungry needs of power amplifiers.

Capable of delivering almost 8,000W of continuous power (making its current twice that of its predecessor) with reduced resistance and three-times as much copper loading on its PCB, the V5 Super Titan’s proprietary Direct-Coupled circuit topology works in combination with four seven-stage filter networks, arranged in a series-parallel configuration.

These bespoke networks span a wide frequency band, with specialist choke designs that address mains anomalies as low as 5Hz, while running continuously at 32A.

Priced at £26,995 for the V5 Genesis and £17,995 for the V5 Super Titan, visit IsoTek to find out more.
