Canadian cable company RS Audio has plugged in its new Apparition Series of high-end cables.
Designed around the brand’s proprietary Vortex Magnetic Waveguide Technology, which is an innovative magnetic conduction system designed to guide signals via an array of powerful magnets arranged in a unique configuration and enclosed within an outer shell of specialised filtering materials.
Hand-crafted at the company’s Alberta HQ, the range sits between the Illumination Series and RS Audio’s flagship Emersion models, and includes power cables, analog and digital interconnects, plus loudspeaker cables.
The Apparition Power Cable is available in US, UK and EU versions, starting at $5,500 (USD), while the Apparition Analog Interconnect can be specified with RCA or XLR connectors and starts at $4,250.
The Apparition Digital Interconnect is offered with a choice of RCA, BNC, and XLR AES3 configurations for S/PDIF digital connections and starts at $2,125, while the Apparition Speaker Cable can be fitted with spade or banana plugs and starts at $11,000.
