Super power

Kilmarnock based cable specialist Atlas Cables has launched its latest power management solution, the Eos Superior em screened power cable.

Designed to combat the radio frequency (RF) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) that negatively impact high-fidelity audio systems, the Eos Superior em boasts high-current capacity through 4mm2 ultra-pure oxygen-free copper (OFC) conductors to ensure consistent, high-quality power delivery.

Another standout feature is its stratified screening and dual-drain RF technology, which shields sensitive audio equipment from airborne and mains-borne RF noise. The new cable design also includes advanced damping technology, to minimise acoustic feedback vibrations.

Finished in a hand stitched titanium fabric finish with Gold plated contact dampened OFC power plugs, the Eos Superior em can also be specified in Luxe leather finishes at extra cost.

Available with multiple power plugs and IEC variants (C15 & C19), including UK, NEMA, Schuko, and Aus/NZ options, the Eos Superior em costs £1,995 for a 1m length.
