Goldring GR3

Vinyl lustre

Goldring has announced its first turntable in two decades.

Priced at £699, the GR3 is aimed squarely at a very busy part of the market and looks great value thanks to a range of features.

These include its award-winning Goldring E3 moving magnet cartridge pre-mounted on a GR3 tonearm, built-in phono stage and two QED cables, with a 1.5m phono-to-phono and 3m phono-to-3.5mm for added flexibility.

Its platter is made from phenolic resin for greater ‘enhanced flywheel’ performance, mounted on a high-gloss black plinth with perspex dust cover.
