Fyne audio is getting in shape and active with its new Cubitt 5 compact, powered bookshelf speaker system.
Designed as an all-in-one solution, it comes packed with Fyne’s own tech including a 5” (125mm) IsoFlare point-source driver, fed from an internal 240W amp and backed up by a front firing bass port.
Also inside beats a 24-bit/96kHz DAC offering Bluetooth 5.0, AAC, aptX and HD support, while physical connections allow access to its internal phono stage alongside optical and HDMI eARC sockets, plus subwoofer output.
Available in a choice of five colours spanning ‘Midnight’ black, ‘Pearl Titanium’, ‘Olive’ green, ‘Pebble’ grey and ‘Arctic’ white, the Cubitt 5 costs £549 per pair.
