Following in the footsteps of its award-winning Minuet speaker cable, Black Rhodium has announced the launch of the range’s partnering stereo interconnects.
Sensibly titled the Minuet RCA and XLR Stereo interconnect, both have been optimised for systems priced up to £1,500 (although we found that its matching speaker cable had no issue serving systems well beyond this).
Key features carefully crafted conductors to respond to how high frequencies travel along the outer surface of a conductor, which is where the Minuet features a layer of highly conductive silver (exactly where the signal flows).
Added to this is an an effective vibration damping braid, running the full length of the cable, and twisted conductors to minimise intermodulation distortion, plus a large powerful ferrite core that effectively blocks out high frequency noise and interference, with gold plated connectors for long term reliability.
Prices start at £300 for a 1m pair (either RCA or XLR) with 1.5m available as standard and custom lengths available on request.
