Headphone industry guru Thomas Halbegewachs is going it alone with an all new range of earphones under his new Zeitgeist Germany company.
Three years in development, the new in-ear monitors (IEM) are crafted from organic, luxurious and sustainable materials including Islay Malt whisky barrels and the same curly birch featured in Fabergé’s famed eggs (rare timber and asteroid rock are also in the works).
What these crafted cases means is that no two earphones are ever the same, with varying textures, grains and colours making each model unique.
Each earphone is available in two sizes, with ear tip options to suit and backed by a five-year warranty.
