Bowers & Wilkins is continuing to raise the bar with its headphones with the launch of its new Px7 S2e models, that replace the outgoing Px7 S2 which we reviewed last year.

The new model features upgrading 24-bit hires DSP (Digital Signal Processing) with more refined sound tuning for their 40mm drivers from the Bowers & Wilkins’ engineering team.

Connectivity is offered via Qualcomm’s aptXTM Adaptive wireless tech or hardwired via USB-C or 3.5mm cable connections.

Control continues to be through the brand’s slick Music App for set-up, fine-tuning and direct music streaming, plus user adjustable EQ and Voice Assistant support.

Finishes include anthracite black, ocean blue and cloud grey, plus a new forest green finish.

And despite the upgrades, Bowers has managed to price the new Px7 S2e at the same £379 level as the outgoing model.
