Building on the success of its penultimate Epikore 11 loudspeaker, Dali has announced it’s expanding the Epikore moniker into a fully fledged loudspeaker range, with the launch of three new models.
The Epikore 3 (£9,999) is a three-way standmount model with matching stand (£1,999), sporting Dali’s trademark EVO-K Hybrid Tweeter module that’s made up of a 10x55mm planar magnetostatic high frequency unit and 35mm soft dome tweeter. On low frequency duties a 7″ SMC Gen-2 Clarity Cone bass driver is specified, made from Dali’s trademark paper and wood fibre mix.
Next up is the three-and-a-half-way Epikore 7 floorstander (£19,999), which adds another 7″ bass driver, while the four-way Epikore 9 model (£29,999) gets a 6 1/2 inch midrange unit and twin 8″ bass drivers.
Materials, cabinet construction and finishing follow in the highly refined footsteps of the Epikore 11 model, which we reviewed back in March ’24.
