Chord Electronics has upgraded its award-winning Mojo 2 DAC/headphone amplifier, adding USB-C charging and a 4.4mm headphone output, with the latter in place of one of the previous generation’s 3.5mm outputs.
The upgrades means the Mojo 2 can service a wider range of cans, while retaining a convenient 3.5mm connection. In addition, both the 3.5mm and 4.4mm outputs have independent volume memory, to precisely set output levels for different headphones.
It’s switchable USB-C charging connection also simplifies the Mojo 2’s charging operation allowing it to serve both data and charging.
And perhaps the best bit? Mojo 2’s price remains the same at just £395.
