Following in the footsteps of its Horus passive speaker range, Elipson is expanding the line-up with two new active models.
Sensibly titled the Horus 6B Active BT (standmount) and the Horus 11F Active BT (floorstander), both feature two 50W RMS internal stereo amplifiers, a sophisticated bass reflex system, glass fibre reinforced cellulose pulp bass-midrange drivers and silk dome tweeters powered by neodymium magnets.
Both speakers also offer bluetooth 5.0 aptX HD alongside USB inputs and an internal moving-magnet phono stage, making for a raft of connectivity options.
Available in three finish combinations with light wood & beige, walnut & dark grey and black & carbon, the Horus 6B Active BT costs £399 per pair, while the the Horus 11F Active BT is £899 per pair.
