NAD Electronics has announced the latest amplifier addition to its Classic Series.

The C 379 HybridDigital features a UcD Class D output stage and also doubles as a DAC thanks to its ESS 32-bit/384kHz DAC SABRE chip.

Boasting 80W of continuous power per stereo channel into 4 ohms (equating to 120W p/c of dynamic power into 4 ohms) and 300W in bridge mode.

Other features include dual MDC 2 Ports for future upgrades and Expanded Features, an in-built moving-magnet phono stage for vinyl fans, internal headphone amplifier with high/low impedance settings and dual independent subwoofer outputs alongside HDMI eARC, optical and coaxial inputs, its spec sheet is high, as you’d expect from NAD.
