Pro-Ject Perspective

New perspective

Pro-Ject Audio Systems has unveiled its new Perspective Final Edition turntable.

Handmade in Europe and limited to 400 pieces, it features a transparent acrylic plinth and serves as the last, latest and greatest in its model line.

Launched in the 1990s, the 6.9 Perspective version provides the blueprint for the new version, with its isolated sprung sub-chassis.

For 2023, the Perspective takes this a stage further with a decoupled sub-chassis and three adjustable springs. The whole deck then sits on a trio of height-adjustable aluminium spikes.

A twin-speed motor with electronic switch control between the two speeds drives the platter, while a dust cover and pre-fitted Ortofon 2M Bronze cartridge mated to a nine-inch one-piece, carbon fibre tonearm completes the package.

Priced at £1,299, find out more at pro-ject.com and Henley Audio in the UK.
