Hailing from New Zealand’s Kapiti Coast, Antipodes Audio has announced the evolution of its Oladra music server from single flagship product to a distinct ultra-high-end music server brand.
Standing apart from Antipodes’ core Kala range, ‘Oladra by Antipodes Audio’ offers two new models, named the Sentia and Presence.
Both are built on the same Oladra platform and offer the same facilities, with the Presence benefitting from further refinements to its physical and technical design.
With SSD storage (4TB as standard), online streaming and digital reclocking onboard, both models boast a full suite of proprietary tech, including cascaded switch-mode power supplies, multiple customised processing engines and firmware tuning at chip level. They’re controlled via Oladra’s own software platform, including the Oladra Play app across desktop and mobile environments.
The Oladra Sentia and Oladra Presence music servers are set for their public debuts at this month’s AXPONA show, with shipping beginning later this month, brought to these shores by Absolute Sounds.
Prices are £33,888 for the Sentia and £57,888 for the Presence.
