Loudspeaker expert Audiovector has announced its latest models as Special Editions of its award winning QR range.

Upgrades include new in-house designed capacitors for a cleaner treble alongside improved heat dissipation via metal housed resistors and cryogenically treated internal wiring.

Inside strategically positioned Nano Pore dampening have been fitted to enhance midrange and bass performance while externally, its upgraded stainless steel spikes get knurled nuts for easier micro adjustment.

Elsewhere the AMT tweeters and pure piston dual magnet bass drivers are classic Audiovector hallmarks, as we experienced in its QR 5 which we reviewed back in March 2023.

Denoting their upgrades, new SE models feature subtle golden brass badges on their front panels and cloth grilles while cabinet finishes include real wood veneers in white, silk, dark walnut and piano black.
