British founder-owned-and-run analogue hi-fi manufacturer AVID has announced its first all-new turntable in 12 years.
Named Relveo, the new ground-up-design is the brainchild of AVID’s founder and owner Conrad Mas, whom we recently sat down with to talk about AVID’s approach to engineering and hifi.
Designed, engineered and handmade in England, Relveo blends AVID’s engineering experience with a newly developed conical, resiliently-coupled suspension system, reimagined platter and advanced external power supply.

Marking AVID’s 30th anniversary, Relveo also features a high-mass precision-machined platter, separately housed DSP-controlled power supply and AVID’s award-winning Altus V2 tonearm as part of the package (which costs £1,650 on its own). Relveo can also be purchased bare for existing tonearm owners.
Priced at £6,900 with Altus V2 tonearm or £5,500 on its own, visit avidhifi.com to find out more.
