French hifi giant Focal has unveiled its latest top quality cans, the Bathys MG Bluetooth headphones.
Like the standard Bathys model, its feature set includes a USB-DAC mode capable of up to 24-bit/192kHz audio, a trio of noise cancellation modes (silent, soft and transparent), up to 30 hours of wireless playback (35 in ‘jack’ mode, or 42 hours in USB-DAC mode), and a 15-minute fast charge for 5 hours of playtime.
Added to this are MG level upgrades including a pure magnesium membrane that’s lighter than the standard model’s, new digital microphones for improved noise cancelling and new foam in its headband and ear cushions for improved comfort.
