Pro-Ject audio has unveiled two new full systems with the Colourful Audio System 2 and Colourful Audio System E.
Priced at £1,099 all in, the Colourful Audio System E comes in a choice of six finishes (including wood veneer) and includes a Debut E turntable with Ortofon OM5e cartridge, Stereo Box E integrated amplifier that offers analogue (including an in-built moving-magnet phono stage) digital, and Bluetooth 5.0 inputs, plus subwoofer output.
Completing the package are a pair of Speaker Box 5 E Carbon which sport a 1″ silk dome tweeter and 5″ bass woofer.
Upping the ante at £1,799, the Colourful Audio System 2 gets an additional colourway and hardware upgrades thanks to a Debut EVO 2 deck with Pick it MM EVO cartridge, MaiA S3 amp and Speaker Box 5 S2 loudspeakers.
