iFi Audio has unveiled the new top-of-the-line USB DAC/headphone amp in its GO series.
Claiming to be the world’s most powerful headphone amp of its size, the GO bar boasts a true balanced circuit design with a twin-channel output stage and support for data up to 32-bit/384kHz PCM, native DSD and full MQA decoding.
With four digital filter options including XBass+ and XSpace analogue processing modes, you can also tailor its sound to your ears, while outputs include a 4.4mm fully balanced and a 3.5mm S-Balanced socket, with IEMatch and Turbo power tuning for sensitive or power-hungry cans.
The GO bar costs £329 in standard guise or for extra bling there’s the 18ct gold plated ‘GOld bar’ Anniversary Edition priced at £499 (limited to 1,000 pieces).
