Following in the footsteps of its Alexx V and the fifth anniversary of Alexia Series 2, Utah’s Wilson Audio has drawn back the curtain on its latest loudspeakers, the Alexia V.

The Alexia V is sculptured from handcrafted enclosures formed from the latest versions of X, S and V-Material, made up of carbon fibre, aerospace grade aluminium and stainless steel plus gold connections throughout the entire signal path.

The speaker’s driver array includes Wilson’s Convergent Synergy Carbon (CSC) Tweeter carried over from the Alexx V,  with a QuadraMag midrange driver based on the WAMM Master Chronosonic with added refinements.

The woofer port has also been improved to increase air flow while the mid enclosure’s internal volume is 6.4% larger to allow for a more open sounding midrange. The woofer enclosure’s internal volume is also up (by 8.9%) compared with Alexia Series 2, aiding deeper low frequency reproduction.
