Bowers & Wilkins has introduced what it calls its best active noise cancelling wireless headphone yet.
The Px7 S2 packs new hi-res custom-designed 40mm drive units that are angled within each earcup for optimum sound, alongside a new active noise cancellation system with upgraded microphones for enhanced call quality.
The music comes courtesy of Qualcomm’s aptXTM adaptive wireless technology paired with Bowers & Wilkins own DSP (Digital Signal Processing) for 24-bit resolution from supporting streaming services. USB-C and 3.5mm connections and cables are also supplied for hardwire fans.
On the software side, Bowers & Wilkins music app allows for set up and fine tuning which includes user adjustable EQ and voice assistant support
Available in grey, blue and black at £379, the Px7 S2 is paving the way for the flagship Px8 noise cancelling wireless headphone, due for release later this year.
