FiiO is continuing to reimagine portable hifi with its latest release – a CD player with aptX HD Bluetooth headphone connectivity.
Named the DM13 and launched in time for London’s CanJam, it also gets USB audio connectivity and a balanced 4.4mm headphone output, alongside a standard 3.5mm socket.
Its built-in battery can deliver up to 8 hours of playback from a single charge and the DM13 also offers a dedicated desktop mode for mains powering to bypass the battery.
Priced at just £179, the DM13 will be available from September in silver with red, blue, titanium and black finishes set for later in the year.
