Monitor Audio Studio 89 feature image

Summer of ’89

Monitor Audio is dialling back the decades with its all new retro inspired Studio 89 loudspeakers.

With more than a nod to the brand’s iconic Studio Series of decades past, this new model is brought bang up to date while retaining the original’s character of bold styles and vibrant colours that defined the ’80s era where they were originally born.

For the new model, the brand has called upon its latest tech (including lessons learned from the brand’s flagship Hyphen) which means a MPD III high-frequency transducer and twin 4 ¼” RDT III C-CAM mid/bass drivers feeding twin velocity reflex HiVe II slot ports.
