Following the release of several new signal-carrying cables, the Chord Company has added a mains wire to its Clearway range.
Fittingly titled Clearway Power, it joins a USB and dedicated streaming cable to give users a complete Clearway cabling system offering.
Designed and hand-built in the UK, Clearway Power has a dual-foil screen to reduce interactions with nearby cables and pick up from high-frequency noise. Based around three high-purity multi-strand copper conductors, it also features internal and external PVC insulation with high mechanical damping, plus a high-density vibration-damping outer jacket.
A high-quality plug 13-amp plug and IEC plug completes the package.
Prices and availability
Clearway Power comes in 1, 1.5, 2 and 3m lengths, with custom lengths available to order. It costs £125 for 1m and £60 for each additional metre. It also includes Chord Company’s Lifetime Warranty
