iFi has announced two new compact bits of kit, designed for commuters and jetsetters alike.
The £99 iFi UP is a Bluetooth DAC transmitter weighing just 25g with a 10-hour battery life that connects Bluetooth headphones to in-flight entertainment, while also being able to stream hi-res Bluetooth to car AUX inputs. Inside beats iFi’s own circuitry with a Cirrus Logic DAC boasting dual bluetooth headphone pairing and built-in mic with iFi’s cVc noise and echo suppression.
Joining this is iFi’s GO Pod Air in-ear monitors at £249, offering Bluetooth TWS (True Wireless Stereo) sporting intuitive touch controls and audio up to 24-bit/96kHz, with balanced amplification, auto impedance matching and Cirrus Logic DAC chips.
