Romania’s Meze Audio in collaboration with Rinaro Isodynamics has announced its new Elite Isodynamic Hybrid Array headphone, claimed to be the duo’s most advanced planar magnetic headphone to date.
Formed from aluminium, carbon fibre and leather with 25mm deep ‘Hybrid’ ear cushions, the Elites look to combine style with quality and comfort
The result of three years R&D, the Elite’s impressive spec includes a custom-developed MZ3SE Isodynamic Hybrid Array driver designed by Rinaro, which uses a combination of individual switchback and spiral shaped voice coils in one driver to help target soundwaves more accurately. This driver also features a diaphragm fashioned from Rinaro Parus®, a new material with a semi-crystalline micro structure that boasts strength, stiffness, stability and low acoustic mass.
