Audiovector has announced its new reference loudspeaker, the R 10 Arreté.
Described as the representing the pinnacle of Audiovector’s 45-year loudspeaker legacy, the R 10 Arreté features an extensive range of the brand’s innovative technologies.
Its Line Array Bass System features no less than eight rear-firing 5″ long-throw drivers (creating the surface area of a 15″ woofer), while around the front are twin 6.5″ upper bass/lower midrange drivers.
On high-frequency duties are two proprietary Air Motion Transformer (AMT) tweeters, driven by powerful N51 neodymium magnets.
All of which is housed in an elegant teardrop-shaped cabinet to eliminate internal standing waves, crafted from vacuum-formed high-density hardwood fibreboard with extensive internal bracing.
Priced at a cool £127,500, visit Audiovector and Renaissance Audio in the UK to find out more.
