Celebrating its 75th anniversary year McIntosh has lit the blue VUs on an all new monoblock power amp.

The MC2.1KW comes housed in a tri-chassis and tips the power scales with an eye-watering 2,000 Watts of power on offer.

Boasting McIntosh’s latest proprietary tech, including an output module housing the brand’s famed bi-filar wound Autoformer and two power modules, each containing a 1,000W amplifier, the package also includes ‘Autoformer’ circuits which can output full power at 2, 4 or 8 Ohm impedances.

In each country McIntosh is distributed in, the first 75 pairs of MC2.1KW sold will include “75 Years” engraved in their handles and a special medallion with the 75th logo on top.
