AVID has announced not one but two new phono stages as long-awaited successors to two of the company’s most enduring products.
Following in its forbearer’s footsteps, Pulsus II updates the original that was released way back in 2010, with the Pellar II replacing the Pellar MKI that came in 2012.

Driven by advances in design, materials and understanding in the years since, both models boast substantial improvements across every critical area. This means enhanced component selection and noise reduction strategies, for greater transparency, lower noise floors, improved dynamic expression, and a more natural presentation of the music – says AVID.

With the Pellar II priced at £1,450 and the Pulsus II at £2,995, visit AVID HiFi to find out more.
