On October 02, 1950, a comic strip with an unlikely, round-headed hero was born. Now, three-quarters of a century later, Pro-Ject Audio Systems is marking the 75th anniversary of Peanuts, created by Charles M. Schulz.

Based on Pro-Ject’s T1 BT turntable platform, this artwork lavished limited edition variant blends the joy of vinyl with the charm of Snoopy, Schroeder, and, of course, Good ol’ Charlie Brown.

It comes pre-fitted with an Ortofon OM 10 cartridge and includes both a built-in phono stage and a Bluetooth transmitter for wireless playback.

Other features a glass platter, precision CNC-machined chassis, and its maker’s signature one-piece 8.6” aluminium tonearm. Sitting on top of the platter is a unique Charlie Brown acrylic record plate — a line drawing in Schulz’s unmistakable style.

The Pro-Ject Peanuts Turntable costs £579, visit Pro-Ject Audio and Henley Audio in the UK to find out more.
