Masters of Italian speaker design Sonus faber has added two new models to its Lumina range that bring greater power handling to the now five-strong family.
The new models consist of the Lumina II standmount and a new flagship floorstander, the Lumina V.
Both speakers are offered in three finishes (see headline image) including walnut and wengè with maple inlays, plus piano black. The cabinets are also finished in a luxurious black leather, echoing Sonus faber’s more upmarket offerings.
With a 150 mm mid-range driver, the Lumina II boasts a larger cabinet volume than its Lumina I standmount stablemate. The Lumina V joins the existing Lumina III floorstander while packing a number of design elements including a lute-shaped midrange internal chamber and the brand’s hybrid IFF crossover.
Prices are £999 for the Lumina II and £2,499 for the Lumina V.
