Origin Live has announced a raft of updates to its turntables, revealed at this year’s Bristol Hi-Fi Show.
The upgrades include a remodelled multi-layer platter now coming as standard on its Calypso, Resolution, Sovereign, Voyager and upcoming Swift models, with the latter positioned between its Aurora and Calypso decks.
Featuring over 1,000 lines, an improved profile is laser cut into their multi-layer platter’s surface, to disrupt and counteract resonance. Adding to this, a new power supply has also been specified, taking the brand’s turntables into Mk5 territory
