Vienna based Austrian Audio has announced that its Full Score one headphone amp is heading to the UK.
Featuring the company’s True Transient Technology, the Full Score one is built around a fully discrete analogue amp that’s free from integrated circuits in the signal path. It also promises good levels of versatility, with the ability to accommodate a wide range of headphone impedances from 10 to 300 ohms.
Other features include a wide band, fully symmetrical voltage feedback circuit, coupled with a triple emitter follower output stage that’s biased in Class B, plus a high-speed complementary push-pull gain stage and a cascoded parallel differential input stage for lower Total Harmonic Distortion (THD).
