Lumin U2 Mini digital transport

Lumin has unveiled its U2 Mini digital transport, the first product to feature its all new processing system.

Building on Lumin’s U1 Mini design, the U2 Mini boasts new hardware and software for faster processing with network playback up to DSD512 and 32-bit/768kHz PCM, plus MQA decoding.

Key features carried over from U1 Mini include Lumin’s advanced quad clocking system and five digital outputs with USB now capable of Native DSD512 support, plus AES EBU and S/PDIF over coaxial, BNC and optical sockets.

Alongside MQA the Roon ready U2 Mini supports audio file formats including FLAC, ALAC, WAV, AIFF, MP3 and AAC with Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, Qobuz, Lossless Radio, TuneIn Radio and AirPlay compatibility.
