Legendary audio brand Mark Levinson is celebrating its 50th birthday by launching a limited edition ML-50 amplifier package, made up of two monaural amps with only 100 pairs available globally.
The ML-50 moniker harks back to Mark Levinson’s first power amp, the ML-2, with other design cues taken from key models over the brand’s five decade history.
Under their glass topped lids resides an enhanced power supply and audio circuits from the No 536 platform with a lower noise floor, increased dynamic power and capacitance to deliver 20W of Class A power and 425W of Class AB power into 8ohms.
Fully balanced by design, the ML-50 offers balanced (XLR) and single-ended (RCA) inputs alongside and two sets of ML’s ‘Hurricane’ speaker binding posts and will be available to well healed customers later in 2022.
No 5909 wireless headphones
