Fyne Audio is set to unveil two new loudspeakers, the F702 and F703 Special Production (SP) models, marking the Scottish company’s most ambitious contemporary SP models to date.
Set for their public debut at The Bristol Hi-Fi Show in February, the F702SP and F703SP merge the performance of the established F1-8S and F1-10S into the curved cabinets of the F700 models.
Both models sport F1 series IsoFlare drivers, the F1 Series BassTrax porting system and a large aluminium sandwich plinth to claim a significant performance upgrade over the standard F700 Series models. Internal upgrades include Deep Cryogenic Treated crossovers, improved cabling from Neotech while WBT loudspeaker terminals complete the package.
The F702SP hosts a 200mm IsoFlare point source driver with 25mm magnesium dome compression tweeter and 200mm multi-fibre bass cone, while the F703SP gets a 250mm IsoFlare point source driver with a 75mm titanium dome compression tweeter and 250mm bass cone.
In addition to the F700 Series’s standard piano gloss black, white and walnut finishes, the F702SP and F703SP will also be available in satin natural walnut veneer.
The F702SP costs £11,999 while the F703SP comes in at £14,999. Find out more at fyneaudio.com.
