Luxury AV distributor Karma-AV has announced the availability of Primare’s SP25 Home Cinema Preamplifier/Processor.
Building on Primare’s award-winning SPA25 Prisma home cinema integrated amp, the SP25 is a multi-channel processor equipped 4K dynamic HDR switching and eARC, with 11 channels of processing and preamplification. Under it’s hood beats a custom linear power supply feeding optimised low noise power to individual audio processing, digital-to-analogue conversion, video switching and streaming stages.
Inputs include 17 customisable presets allow for a range of digital, analogue, video and audio configurations, combined with five customisable speaker setup pre-sets.
Elsewhere for stereo duties, a unique digital-to-analogue conversion circuit is on offer with with dual 8-channel DAC chips while Dirac Live Room Correction ensures its bang up to date for streaming music including hi-res audio from the likes of Qobuz, Spotify, and Tidal.
