Legendary British hifi brand Leak is continuing its return from a 40 year hiatus with the launch of its new Stereo 230 amplifier.

Joining the recently released Stereo 130 and CDT transport, the new 230 continues the vintage aluminium fronted and optional wood panelled vibe of the 130 model and adds more power and upgraded circuitry.

With 2x75W on offer into 8 ohms over the 130’s 45W output, the flagship Leak comes Roon ready and also adds a 32-bit Sabre ES9038Q2M chip set to the 130’s ES9018K2M DAC, supporting PCM data up to 32-bit/768kHz and DSD to 22.58MHz (DSD512) plus MQA decoding.
